Join us this Saturday and help get the Kamalii Elementary School Garden ready for the year! We have a wide range of projects for all ability levels. A few of our main activities will be moving the compost bins, setting up the classroom space, preparing a few beds, and painting the new compost bin! We look forward to seeing you out there! Make sure to wear closed toe shoes and sun protection. We will provide gloves, tools, and water. Feel free to bring friends! Great people are what make our gardens great!
Grow Some Good is a nonprofit community orgnaization dedicated to creating hands-on, outdoor learning experiences that cultivate curiosity about natural life cycles, connect students to their food sources, and inspire better nutrition choices. In addition to helping establish food gardens and living science labs in local schools, we provide resources and curriculum support through community partnerships in agriculture, science, food education and nutrition.
